Charley Parker
Charley Parker studied painting at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and continued his studies at the Delaware Art Museum School and the Fleisher Art Memorial as well as with independent instructors.
For the past several years, he has been painting primarily in gouache (opaque watercolor), a versatile medium well suited to painting on location.
