A two-day workshop in painting outdoors with gouache at Talley Day Park on Foulk Road, north of Wilmington.
Techniques will include choosing a landscape composition, gouache paint handling, mixing a wide range of colors from a simplified palette, handling atmospheric perspective and creating textures for trees, grasses and other landscape elements.
Gouache paint will be provided for the workshop. You can find a list of other suggested materials here.

Location details
After driving past the library, the road in Talley Day Park is a loop. We will be at the far end of the loop, past the basketball courts and near the dog park.
